This privacy policy explains how the 1RM Calculator app handles your information. We believe privacy is a fundamental right, and we have designed this app to respect yours from day one.

We do not collect your data

1RM does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information. There are no user accounts, no login screens, and no registration process.

Everything stays on your device. Your workout history, 1RM calculations, and app settings are stored locally using your device's standard storage. They never leave your phone or tablet.

Your data is yours alone

Because all data is stored locally on your device:

We have no access to your workout history or 1RM estimates.
We cannot see, read, or analyze anything you enter into the app.
If you delete the app, all data stored within it is permanently removed.
If you switch to a new phone or device, your data does not transfer automatically. It stays on the old device and is lost unless you manually back it up through your own means (for example, via your device's local backup system).

No access to sensitive device features

1RM is a simple calculator app. We do not request or use any of the following permissions:

Location / GPS: we never track where you are.
Camera: we never access your camera or photos.
Microphone: we never record or listen to audio.
Contacts: we never access your address book.
Files / media / storage: we only use the minimal local storage needed to save your in-app data. We do not read, write, or share any other files on your device.
Internet connection: the app works entirely offline. It does not require a network connection to function and does not send data to external servers.

No third-party services

1RM does not include third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking tools. There are no embedded SDKs that collect usage data or behavioral information. The app is completely self-contained.

No cookies or tracking on the website

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or fingerprinting. We do not monitor your browsing behavior. The only external resource loaded is Google Fonts, which is necessary for displaying text.

Children's privacy

The app is suitable for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information, there are no special considerations regarding children's data.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this privacy policy in the future, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
